The Ship
CINEMA 4D, Rhino
December 2006

This may look unfinished, however my assignment for class was to create a model that could be printed on a 3D Z-Corp Printer in which my school owns.

I modeled Completely in Rhino and this render was done in Cinema 4D. The original Rhino file was then converted into a format the Z-Corp printer could understand (I think .dxf?).

Then it was printed. Online estimates for this kind of print was about $400 on some sites -- my school did it for free (if you don't count the $1000 I paid for the class itself!).

I was inspired by playing a lot of WipeOut for the PS2.

I got an 'A'.
